Equipment Capabilities

The equipment prints on media that is 12" wide, with a printable area of roughly 11.7" wide, by any length. The media comes in roll form with tractor feed backing. The cutter and printer are designed to operate in tandem, producing exceptionally high quality decals that are very durable. The printing is done thermally with color foils, that are applied one color at a time. The laminator applies laminates to the printed material prior to the final product being cut.

The final product is a single layer of vinyl, with the graphic applied in full color fused into its surface, with or without a laminate overlay. Color can also be applied using CMYK process for creating photographic images (course screen), or fading effects. Foils are also available to produce metallic effects. Further, the cutter can be used to produce simple low cost cut vinyl products, such as numbers, or single color applications.

A wide range of materials are available to provide decals for karting, and motorcycles. Further, this equipment is used for creating equipment decals, and stickers for any purpose imaginable, even bumper stickers, police car graphics, municipal vehicles, commercial vehicles, office doors, or anything else where high quality printed decals might be applied.
